what is the best and quickest way to relieve facial sinus pressure?

My girlfriend was diagnosed with pneumonia about 3 days ago and now she is having terrible sinus pain on top of that. She is miserable and I am trying to make her more comfortable. Any ideas on relieving sinus pressure especially under the eyes? Thanks in advance.

P.S. she is already taking antibiotics for the pneumonia so we are pretty sure its not an infection.

A hot steamy bath & just soak in it providing there is no fever. or a hot steamy shower. Hope she feels better, but thats the quickest relief I know of
